CONSTRUCTIONOur transportable homes are built by licensed building practitioners (LBP) in strict adherence to the New Zealand building standard.

ELECTRICALAll electrical work is completed with LED lights, PDL switches, multiple plug points and fuse box, ready to connect directly to your services.

PLUMBING & GASFITTINGAll plumbing and gas fitting work is supplied and installed by certified plumber and gas fitter in compliance with NZ standards. Electric hot water cylinder or continuous flow gas water heater is installed.

INSULATIONEach home is fully insulated in compliance with the building code.

EXTERIOR CLADDINGOur standard roofing and exterior wall cladding is Colorsteel.

JOINERYDouble glazed windows and doors with aluminium framing in customised powder coating colour.

FLOORINGCarpet is used for all the bedrooms. Vinyl flooring (100% waterproofing) is used for living area, kitchen, laundry and bathrooms.

INTERIORWe use GIB board for interior walls with square or curved wall corners and painted in preferred colour.

KITCHENContemporarily designed kitchen cabinet with engineered stone benchtop is fully installed for each home, and is equipped with cooktop, rangehood, built-in oven, waste disposal, and glass splash back.
