​​Within Auckland Region, where transportable house is not an option, we can build for you on your site.
We build on bespoke design, to fit your site and reflect your unique style and preferences.

Build With Confidence Guarantee

For all work:
  • The building work will be consistent with NZ Building Act and NZ Building Code.
  • All building work will be done competently and according to the plans and specifications in the approved consent.
  • All the materials used will be suitable and, unless otherwise stated in the contract, new.
For transportable house orders:
  • Your payments will be secured in the trust account of an appointed lawyer and released to us after the transportable house leaves our yard.
  • You will be fully refunded, if we do not commence the construction in more than 12 weeks after the agreed start date.
  • OR, if we do not complete the construction of your transportable house in more than 12 weeks after the agreed completion date.
  • All transportable houses in our yard are covered by insurance.
